In the Telegraph yesterday there was an interesting leader pointing out the electoral change in fortunes for the Canadian Conservative party.On Monday, David Cameron wrote in this newspaper of the massive electoral mountain that the Tories had to climb. His Canadian counterparts have scaled a much higher peak. Their success is worth studying.
